We're looking for an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen brigade. You'll be responsible for preparing and plating dishes according to Chuys' recipes, maintaining food quality, and upholding the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety. This is a fast-paced role that rewards precision and creativity.
- 1+ years line cook experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred
As a Chuys Server, you'll be the face of our dining experience — taking orders, delivering food with a smile, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. You'll master our full menu, handle special dietary requests with ease, and build genuine connections with our regulars and first-time visitors alike.

The Shift Supervisor plays a key role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly during service. You'll oversee both front-of-house and kitchen operations, support team members, handle guest concerns, and ensure compliance with Chuys' standards. This is a stepping stone toward an Assistant Manager role for the right candidate.
- 2+ years restaurant experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with POS systems
- Food Manager Certification a plus
